The Hills' Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt shocked the world (or no one) last month when they announced they had eloped in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Of course, we are talking about Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag here. You knew an Us Weekly photographer (as well as a full camera crew from The Hills) would be on hand, covering the joyous surprise, spontaneous, not-at-all-staged nuptials.
