Fulbright partner Teddy Adams, who was in Washington, D.C. for the inauguration, writes of last night: After a long but exciting day, it was time to clean up for the balls. I went to the Southern States Inaugural Ball, which was held at the National Guard Armory. After a relatively painless security screening, we emerged into a tented area that was the largest coat check space I had ever seen. There were about 20 separate stations. People dropped off their coats to reveal their ball finery. Eve
